Mr. Vijaykumar is key person in formulation of Business policies & business foresight of the firm. He is also a leading counsel representing cases of the clients with various taxing authorities including Tribunals for Income Tax, Sales tax, custom and central Excise etc

Mr. Sanjay is one of the leading Chartered Accountants in corporate audit including Statutory Audit, system Audit, System design, internal audits etc. Possesses rich diversified experience in services to industrial, commercial, institutional and individual clients relating to Audit, Business Development, Taxation & Corporate Consultancy.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in handling projects in the areas of Concurrent audit, Anti-Bribery and Corruption diligence and compliance reviews, and Business Process Risk Consulting. He is certified concurrent bank auditor, his exposure spans all major industries with specific focus on Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, Banking, IT/ ITeS and Consumer Markets. He has Worked as engagement manager in Fraud Investigation.

She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 8 years of experience in handling projects, Financial Management, Corporate Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxes, System Development in ERP Environment. She has also worked in International Transfer Pricing and Business Valuation. Her specialization is Corporate Assurance and Advisory Services and she is also a certified branch auditor. Presently She is in charge of Nagpur Branch.

She is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2015. She has adequate experience in the fields of assurance, direct tax and corporate advisory services. Her specialization is Corporate Assurance Services. He has vast experience in the fields of Project Finance, Audit, Corporate Affairs and Taxation. She has gained good experience especially in Project Finance, Financial Arrangement and Management Advisory Services. Presently She is in charge of Gondia Branch.
